Our charging model is fair and totally transparent with a choice of payment options in addition nothing is payable for 90 days, if the candidate bails or fails you don’t pay anything.
Beyond 90 days you can opt to pay over 9 months at 15% of basic salary or over 20 months at 20% of basic salary, during the selected payment period should the candidate bail or fail payments cease. In any event if we place a candidate with you we sign a legally binding pledge that we will not re-place the candidate elsewhere and should it happen accidentally we will pay a £10000 compensation fee to you, in effect eradicating the dreaded tapping up we all know frequently happens.
