We are pleased to announce that the assessment process to find the top 20% of sales and letting agents in Great Britain has been completed and the results are in!
We have reviewed of over 25,000 sales and lettings branches, over a 12 month period, marketing over 1 million properties at any point in time, handling over 3 million transactions, receiving 50 million leads and 3 billion property views from consumers. Each branch has been compared with it’s peers geographically and then the top 40% have been mystery shopped a minimum of three times.
Those branches that have performed in the top 20% in the country will be categorised as either Highly Rated, Excellent or Exceptional and be listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide.
We’ve set out to recognise the very best branches and to reward them for their achievements. The final results will be announced on 22nd September 2017 at an event at the InterContinental – The O2, London that showcases and celebrates the very best in the industry. Everyone looking to sell or let a property will be able to find the best estate agent in their area based on our independent assessment. We also hope the Best Estate Agent Guide will inspire all estate agents to further improve and thereby raise the standards of the industry.”
