Adiuvo – the “aways up” property people providing our core service of Out of Hours Assistance to residents and property managers 24/7 365 days a year.

Adiuvo are the original and largest specialist out of hours call handling and property services company in the UK and Ireland. Our core service of providing an Out of Hours response for the sector began 15 years ago and came from our founders, and still current owners, direct experience as London based property managers. Both, like many others, were expected to regularly be on call for their respective companies and from both a professionalism and well-being standpoint the solution didn’t work for residents and staff alike.

Starting with two mobile phones at a kitchen table adiuvo have grown to a team of more than 150 incorporating expert customer service agents, qualified property managers and support staff. Adiuvo currently now care for in excess of over 1million units across 350 clients in the UK out of hours, approximately 150,000 of which are lettings properties.

Adiuvo utilise our trained and qualified staff to effectively triage and then, if applicable, manage any maintenance emergencies that fall under our client’s responsibilities instructing either their preferred contractors or, if necessary and agreed our own alternative via our sister company Renovo.

We do this for both major brands as well as individual agents and small chains.  One of the major factors that sets Adiuvo apart from other suppliers in the market is that we are entrusted with the client’s own brand as we white label all incoming and outgoing communication from calls to webchats.

This service is provided for all non-core working hours including weekends and Bank Holidays totalling over 128 hours a week providing support for residents in their time of need whilst also safeguarding our clients name and their landlords’ assets by ensuring quick responses. This cements our position in the industry as the market leader in its field becoming integral to our client’s service unlike any other supplier.
