Founded by Alisa Zotimova, CEO of AZ Real Estate, the Alliance is backed by more than a
decade of experience in the premium property market. Since 2012, AZ Real Estate has handled
over £300 million worth of transactions across London and beyond. Before launching her own
agency, Alisa held senior roles at CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, giving her a unique
understanding of both global corporate environments and entrepreneurial agency life.
AZ Alliance was born from this experience – and from the belief that agents thrive when they
have autonomy supported by structure, brand, and community.
At its heart, AZ Alliance is a hybrid model. It allows agents to keep their independence while
benefitting from an established name, operational backbone, and a growing nationwide network
