Throughout her estate agency and recruitment career, it became apparent that Nicola did things a little differently. Therefore, she started Broomham Recruitment in January 2020 to turn recruitment on its head. Broomham Recruitment’s fresh approach to the estate agency, property and sales sector recruitment starts with putting your needs and values first; thus, being able to match the best talent to the best company and create long-term relationships for everyone all the while working with clients on their future growth plans and ensuring cultural fit.
To improve our client’s experience, we always look to improve and be innovative within the property recruitment industry – for example we invested in some of the best video interview tech back in February to streamline the interview process and ultimately save you time when hiring. Now every CV application has not only a candidate summary and cv but also a video interview with specific questions set by the client.
We endeavour to meet every one of our clients to truly understand your fit and culture as well as seeing and feeling where the new team member will sit and the team they will be working with.

We’ve already grown to a team of 6 people within 7 months of operating (even during a global pandemic) and with the majority of the recruitment team coming from a property background, we know what we are talking about.
