NB please check your spam folder before contacting us about missing QR code tickets.

The information provided in the form is used to generate & send a QR code, which acts as your email ticket to access the venue. The QR code is used to verify eligibility upon arrival and locate details to print name badges. Delegates who opted in when completing the delegate form can also access over 20 hours of talks on demand via the event platform until the end of November, courtesy of the event sponsors. In addition, your name, company name, email address, telephone number and job level has been provided to Platinum, VIP and Gold sponsors for the purpose of advising you about products and services in relation to the event.
Changes to your ticket allocation.
We do not provide refunds on tickets. If due to sickness or some other unforeseen event, a delegate is no longer able to attend, the ticket can be transferred to another employee of the same company. Tickets may not be transferred to people who are not direct employees of the same company (e.g. industry suppliers). Please advise us of any changes to delegate details as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on when you advise us, it may not be possible for us to update details on the registration kiosk, table plans, place settings, etc. and please note that additional dietary requirements notified to us within seven working days of the event cannot be not catered for. We will try to accommodate changes as swiftly as we can, however, please be prepared for delays at registration.

There is nothing like an in-person event for relationship building, staying abreast of everything new and getting the first mover advantage on your competitors on new products and services.
EA Masters Programme
Peter Knight will welcome all delegates and introduce our keynote speaker Stephen MR Covey, the world’s leading authority on trust. We will also hear from Dame Sarah Storey – Britain’s greatest Paralympian, and Tom Dean – the first male British swimmer to win two gold Olympic medals at the same games in 113 years.
Join fellow leaders in the industry for a drinks reception with networking in the Innovation Hall, courtesy of Rightmove.
Delegates will be seated for the three-course awards lunch with wine. Awards will be presented by our sponsors and multi-record-breaking Paralympic Gold Medal Winner Dame Sarah Storey and double gold-winning Olympian Tom Dean. The awards are scheduled to close at 6.30pm.
If your company is listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide, up to two people from your delegation will be invited to the stage to be photographed receiving your award certificate. If your company goes on to be announced as the best in your size band (single, small, medium, large, national) or an overall winner for sales or lettings, then you will enjoy a second on-stage moment for all your delegation, which will be live-streamed in addition to being photographed.
The bar is open when the Awards finish and last orders are at 9.30pm, with the venue needing to be clear by 10pm. Please note the venue is cashless, so please ensure that you have alternative methods of payment for drinks.
In addition, during the event we will be asking all delegates to donate to the industry’s Agents Giving charity, so please do bring some cash!
Smart Business – the key things to consider are:
- The venue is a large, open plan space – layers are recommended as the temperature will vary throughout the day, and comfortable footwear is advisable.
- The awards ceremony takes place at lunchtime, not during the evening – please note this is not a black-tie event.
- Please do not bring a change of clothes as you will not be able to store them, the awards follow immediately after the keynote and expo so there is no suitable gap in the programme, and there is nowhere suitable to change (the venue is not a hotel).
Cloakroom & Lost Property
There is a cloakroom, which will be manned throughout the day, where you can leave coats and jackets. There is no facility for storing large bags or suitcases. Please ensure that you take everything with you at the end of the event. The venue needs to be fully cleared by 10pm and there are no arrangements for holding lost property.
Security, Health & Safety
Random bag searches will be carried out on entry.
We are adhering to government guidelines in respect of health precautions, and while this means we do not need to have social distancing in place, and masks are not mandatory, we would like to encourage personal responsibility, and consideration for others, during this CMP (Covid-Managed-Period).
As a courtesy, the Property Academy, production and venue teams will take a lateral flow test up to 24 hours before the event, and we ask that you do the same wherever possible. Please do not attend the event if you or anyone close to you are displaying Covid-19 symptoms or have had a recent positive test. Should you feel unwell at any point during the event, please leave the venue immediately, and notify a member of the event team.
Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the venue to encourage good hygiene practices.
We know how important being connected is and so we will provide free Wi-Fi connectivity for all guests.
