Fran started her career at Foxtons running their Recruitment Department and was responsible for hiring all new recruits when Foxtons was expanding from 10 offices to over 50. She then moved on to manage the Learning and Development Department and designed and implemented the Foxtons training programme, before moving into Customer Experience. Aside from looking after customer journeys and service design, Fran also heads up the Diversity and Inclusion Programme, which includes being the Executive Sponsor for the Women@Foxtons network.
