Robert Rinder MBE, the well-known barrister turned writer and broadcaster, is the latest person to be announced for this year’s EA Masters line up.
Rob is perhaps best known for fronting the reality court show Judge Rinder, in which he arbitrates real-life small claims disputes. He has also presented shows including Judge Rinder’s Crime Stories and The Rob Rinder Verdict as well as hosting his own BBC Radio 5Live series Raising the Bar aiming to demystify the legal system. Along with his screen work Rob has published Rinder’s Rules which provides a thorough guide to everyday legal issues.
Articulate and straight-talking, he’s been praised for his performance as anchor host on Good Morning Britain and we are looking forward to his contribution to panel discussions with leading property industry figures covering a range of subjects from marketing to technology.
Sarah Kemp, EA Masters Event Director said “when it comes to selecting the celebrities that will present Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, we look for recognisable figures who have achieved success in their walk of life. This year, our conference theme – A New Dawn – seeks to explore the changed business and societal landscape – including a shift in motivations from material wealth to finding meaning and impact.”
In 2020, Rob participated in the BBC series, Who Do You Think You Are? which received critical acclaim retracing the story of his Holocaust survivor Grandfather. Following this, Rob – a committed supporter of the Holocaust Education Trust for over 20 years – embarked on an emotional journey exploring further his own family’s Holocaust stories resulting in a 2-part documentary My Family, The Holocaust and Me. Earlier this year, he was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for his services to Holocaust education alongside his mother Angela Cohen.
Those listed in the 2023 Guide and who attend this year’s EA Masters will receive an award on stage presented by Rob Rinder and have their photograph taken with the star.
EA Masters takes place at Evolution, London on 21 September.
