The Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG) seeks to raise industry standards by identifying and rewarding those agents that deliver extraordinary results for their customers.
It is compiled by the Property Academy and supported by the UK’s leading property portal Rightmove, following the most comprehensive assessment of its type ever undertaken of the property industry.
The top performing agencies in the country are also recognised, based on their average branch score and the top 3% of agencies in the country are recognised at EA Masters Leadership Conference, Exhibition & Awards Event.

Best EA Supplier Guide
In addition to recognising the Best Estate and Letting Agents, we also honour the best industry suppliers. We invite estate agents to rate all the suppliers that they use and also to nominate their favourite supplier and provide their reasons why. From this, we identify the best small, medium and large suppliers and present them with an award at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.
