Following last year’s EA Masters event, Gabby tweeted “I attend quite a few awards like this and [the EA Masters] is one of the most well organised, with a great team behind it.”
The motivational impact of these words on all of us at Property Academy was tremendous; I still have a print out of her comment pinned to my desk as a reminder that the hard work does show, it makes a positive difference and to incentivise me to keep being the best that I can be – every day.
The Best Estate Agent Guide Awards recognise those who deliver an exceptional performance every day. Those companies that have been shortlisted for an award were not seeking recognition – they didn’t submit an awards entry, or submit the positive testimonials of happy customers to a panel of judges, (although positive testimonials are of course a good thing). They simply did an exceptional job, consistently and we caught them doing it!
If Gabby’s tweet from 12 months ago still has the power to motivate and inspire, imagine then, the boost that you and your team will get from being recognised on stage at the industry’s biggest event, in front of your industry peers. Of celebrating the achievement of having been found to be one of the best teams in the country – having been ’tested’ in a whole of market assessment.
Taking a moment to recognise success is important and The EA Masters is an opportunity to do just that, but don’t take my word for it, here’s a message ahead of this year’s event from Gabby herself.
