Property Industry Eye is the official News Media Partner for the EA Masters, the biggest annual event in estate agency.
The EA Masters will run this year for over six months and the opening ceremony will take place on Thursday 24th June, which is free for agents to attend.

The agenda for the next month’s opening ceremony includes the announcement of the Best Estate Agent Guide ‘Exceptional Agents’ (the top 5% of sales and lettings agencies).
This year the assessment includes analysis of several thousand EA websites as well as performance data and mystery shop. It is the most comprehensive process and the insights gained from the analysis will be shared including several exclusives on EYE.
It will also include the launch of the 2021 Home Moving Trends survey and insights from agents who have taken the data and shaped their competitive advantage based on the findings of what the customer truly values from their agent and their selection process. Last year, 34,000 home movers took part and over 150,000 have contributed in previous years.
Also, the opening of the virtual exhibition where 50 leading suppliers will showcase their latest product and service innovations.
In addition, Property Academy and Kerfuffle will open voting for this year’s Best EA Supplier Guide which gives agents the opportunity to rate and review all the suppliers they use.
The event theme is ‘Riding the Wave’.
Knight explained: “Many agents and suppliers are enjoying record levels of transactions and of course will want to enjoy the fruits of their hard labours however, this wave needs to be ridden for as long and as well as possible, it won’t just continue automatically and, unfortunately, it will end at some point – it’s vital to prepare now for the inevitable market changes.”
The conference, which will run on dates in July, August, September, October and November will feature over 50 presentations addressing both the current and future market conditions.
A number of business coaches and speakers, alongside industry veterans, will highlight the challenges and opportunities and how to take advantage of them.
EYE will select the top 20 events of the year and their implications will be discussed by panels of top agents and suppliers.
EA Masters culminates in November with a live event at London Evolution when the overall winners of the Best Estate Agent Guide and Best EA Supplier Guide Awards will be announced in addition to several keynote presentations and an Innovation Hall showcasing the latest initiatives, services and proptech.
