- Determine which aspects of the self-employed model could be adapted to work in your business
Lee O’Brian is the Managing Director for iad UK, a Unicorn business making waves in the property industry.
Lee co-founded his estate agency business David Lee Estate Agents twenty years ago. Earlier this year, he announced that the business had been sold as a complete share deal to iad Group, giving them ‘feet on the ground’ as part of their expansion into the UK market.
Lee is aware of the special and important role that agents play in the lives of their customers and is committed to redefining service standards in the property industry. He believes that the best way of doing that is through a self-employed business model.
